Do you have discounts or coupons?
We periodically send out discounts and special coupons to our registered guests. Please sign-up for our mailing list and register when placing your order.
What is the cost of shipping?
For the most part, shipping costs are included in our costs where shipping is needed. There is additonal shipping charges for Secret Santa/Gifting Events
Is the recipient of the package required to be home to sign for the package?
UPS/USPS does not require signatures for Virtual Zoom Activities shipments. If you would like to require a signature, let us know in the comments section of your order! There is an additional fee from UPS/USPS to require a signature.
What days can my order be delivered on?
UPS Ground Delivery (to residential locations) delivers Monday through Friday. If you are wondering how long it will take to deliver your balloon, check-out this map. Remember, UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday in their time calculation. Our offices are located in the Philadelphia area.
USPS delivers on Saturday, but honestly is not a trusted shipping method to get a package anywhere on a specific date USPS delivers Monday through Saturday via their Priority Mail service.
If I receive a damaged product, how do I file a claim?
All claims must be submitted within 48hrs and be accompanied by a complete photo of your claim. Our shipping team and UPS will then review your request and reply back within 48hrs as to our decision. Please send all correspondence to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you have a claim right away!
Can I return my order?
Since most of our events are virtual, you can cancel them 72 hours in advance for a full refund. If cancelled 1-2 days preior, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. if any product has sent to you, we will require them all to be returned to us prior to refund. There are no refunds for any foor or perishable products sent.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, but only via USPS Express, due to the nature of our products, we prefer for an order to reach its destination quickly and avoid extreme heat and/or cold in transit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) Amazon Payments, Venmo and PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept checks and/or money orders.
